A tool is required to allow a user to do the following:
1. Enter a URL
2. Open the URL in a small window to test it
3. Save the URL as a menu entry.

Saving the entry should cause a screen capture of the URL to be performed. This will probably be done by calling an external tool that generates the screenshots by rendering a web site to an offscreen pixmap and resizing and saving it to a PNG file.

Along with URL settings, the configuration tool must also perform the following:

1. Edit the menu entries
1.1 Enable an entry
1.2 Disable and entry
1.3 Delete an entry

2. Add application menu entry
2.1 Enable an entry
2.2 Disable and entry
2.3 Delete an entry
