Description
The template itself should be resized to the size of the current icons (both icon and splash) and then the following icons need to be recreated:
- Restart
- Terminal
- Netconfig
- VideoFE (in videofe repo)

RM #394: Update all icons to flat style with common coloring/decorations.
RM #394: Update launcher icon and splash image to be consistent with stock styles.

Updated stock icons in launcher and videofe icon/splash. Now they have a common styling, coloring and size. Templates available in launcher and in videofe.
