Description
Strip the window decorations provided by matchbox's original window manager from the BUI window manager.

The first step in stripping window decorations is to remove themeing support. I've stripped out the existing themes and left only the standalone decorations. I've also left in support for Xft since it's plausible future requirements for the window manager may include OSD features separate from those provided by the panel.
Also stripped from the window manager are Xsettings, gconf, and session management.
